Description
The UL2468 PVC Flat Parallel Wire is a highly reliable and flexible electrical cable designed for general-purpose internal wiring. Manufactured with high-purity stranded bare copper or tinned copper, it ensures excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Featuring a premium eco-friendly PVC insulation, this wire is extremely flexible, flame-retardant (passing UL VW-1), and designed with a standard parallel structure (commonly Red/Black or Black/White). It is exceptionally easy to separate, strip, and solder, making it the perfect choice for improving efficiency in both automated production and DIY projects.
Key Features
- High Conductivity: Premium stranded tinned/bare copper minimizes resistance and prevents oxidation.
- Safe & Durable: Eco-friendly PVC jacket, heat resistant up to 80℃, and strictly passes UL VW-1 flame test.
- Easy to Process: The parallel twin-wire design is easy to peel and separate by hand, saving time for cutting and soldering.
- Highly Flexible: Soft and easy to bend, ideal for wiring in narrow or complex spaces.
Common Applications
Widely used in LED strip lighting, audio/speaker cables, computer motherboards, household appliances, automotive internal wiring, and other internal connections for electronic and electrical equipment.
